Air China’s Beijing-Shanghai “Air Express” Shuttle Service
Air China has introduced the new “Air Express” service for passengers flying between Beijing and Shanghai, China’s two major cities and airport hubs. Air Express allows passengers to choose from any one of the airline’s 20 scheduled daily flights (including seven code-shared flights) between the two cities and provides special check-in counters, baggage service, security inspection, and boarding channels, specifically dedicated to the Air Express.
Air China has partnered with twenty airlines in cooperative code-share service and will become a full Star Alliance member later this year. As host carrier, Air China is also working to deliver excellent air transport services for the needs of the Beijing 2008 Olympics next summer and the Shanghai World Expo in 2010.
