American Airlines has reinstated it’s deal with Expedia to offer tickets online. You can now get ANY American Airlines ticket through Expedia. In addition, they have started online booking in Spanish at www.aa.com.

Japan Airlines (JAL), Malév Hungarian Airlines and Royal Jordanian Airlines will join the oneworld® alliance, beginning April 1, 2007.

Northwest Airlines is offering 250 Bonus Miles for every $50 you spend shopping the WorldPerks Mall through February 28, 2007. You must preregister through their website.

US Airways withdrew its bid for Delta Air Lines. Looks like they will remain a stand alone carrier. That’s a huge relief to much of the airline industry, who didn’t want to compete with the proposed mega carrier.
