Bank of America Free Museum Admission
Bank of America offers FREE museum admission to various museums throughout the United States. Last year, the banking giant offered free admission in the month of May only. Now, the program, called the Museums on Us program, has been expanded to offer free admission the first weekend of every month. New locations have been added as well. If you’re traveling to one of the included cities, you can check out the goods gratis with your Bank of America card.
Bank of America members with an ATM, credit card or check card will have the opportunity to gain free admission to over 70 museums in 28 markets across the country during the first Saturday and Sunday of each month beginning in May 2008. This is a huge improvement over previous years, in which the promotion was limited to the month of May.
“Bank of America is committed to improving access to the arts and Museums on Us(TM) is a key component of that outreach,” said Rena M. DeSisto, Arts and Culture Executive, Bank of America. “We are thrilled to expand this program, both in scope and geography, so more individuals can experience art and culture at some of the finest museums in the country. Programs like this are important to how Bank of America creates new opportunities for our customers and communities.”
This year, museums in Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Detroit, Houston, Seattle, Silicon Valley and Phoenix will have the chance to participate in the Museums on Us for the first time.
