Delta Air Lines and American Express are happy to announce added benefits for SkyMiles individual and small business members.

• Individual Members earn 1,000 bonus miles after making $5,000 in purchases in one year with the Delta SkyMiles Options Credit Card.
• Small Business Members earn 2,500 bonus miles after making $10,000 in purchases in one year with the Delta SkyMiles card or the Delta SkyMiles Business card.
• Earn 5,000 bonus miles for reaching $15,000 in eligible purchases with the Delta SkyMiles Gold card or the Delta SkyMiles Business Gold card.
• Earn an additional 5,000 bonus miles for reaching $25,000 in eligible purchases with your Delta SkyMiles Gold Credit Card or the Delta SkyMiles Business Gold card.
• Earn an additional 10,000 Medallion Qualification Miles for reaching $50,000 in eligible purchases with the Delta SkyMiles Platinum card or the Delta SkyMiles Platinum Business card.
• Gold cardmembers and Delta SkyMiles Business Gold cardmembers will now automatically receive a $99 domestic companion certificate upon renewal.
• Delta SkyMiles Platinum cardmembers and Delta SkyMiles Business Platinum cardmembers will automatically receive a complimentary domestic companion certificate upon renewal with no blackout dates or fee requirements.

Surely if you’re traveling for work frequently, you’re racking up some expenses on your miles account. I can’t think of a better reason to go with a particular card than loads of bonus miles and companion certificates.
