Hilton HHonors Budget Rent A Car Promotion

Hilton HHonors, the hotel loyalty program offered by Hilton Hotels, has added Budget Rent A Car to its list of participating rental car agencies. HHonors members can now score HHonors points with any qualifying car rental, as well as receive up to 20% off when they rent from Budget. Saving cash AND getting points? That isn’t a bad deal at all, and I don’t recall any other hotel loyalty program or airline program offering such a deal.

From now until June 30, 2008, you will earn an additional 2,000 HHonors bonus points for renting a car at participating Budget locations in the U.S. or Canada. If you rent for one one to three days, you will earn 1,000 HHonors bonus points. If your rental is for four days or more, you will receive 2,000 HHonors bonus points. After June 30, you can still earn 250 bonus points on qualifying rentals at participating Budget locations. If you’re a HHonors member, I don’t think there’s any question who you should choose for your next car rental.
