Hyatt’s Parlor Classics Ice Cream Menu

Hyatt Hotels is bringing back its ice cream partner Haagen-Dazs to offer the popular dessert menu, Parlor Classics. Mmmm, ice-cream. “Mixing old-fashioned favorites like banana splits with contemporary creations such as piña colada sundaes, Hyatt’s Parlor Classics menu offers the perfect treat for hot summer days.” I like a good mint chocolate chip on a sugar cone, myself.

Hyatt’s Parlor Classics menu includes:

Cherries Jubilee Sundae: Bing cherries with Haagen-Dazs vanilla and chocolate ice cream, cherry brandy syrup, whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.

Latte Sundae: Haagen-Dazs vanilla and coffee ice cream, coffee espresso syrup, chocolate coffee beans and whipped cream.

Classic Banana Split: Haagen-Dazs strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream with strawberry, candied pineapple and chocolate sauces, toasted almonds and whipped cream.

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich: Chocolate chip cookies, Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with rich chocolate sauce and chocolate chips.

Mint Julep Sundae: Haagen-Dazs lemon sorbet, vanilla ice cream, bourbon mint syrup and whipped cream.

Bananas Foster: Bananas, banana bread, Haagen-Dazs vanilla and caramel ice cream and caramel rum sauce.

Hot Apple Cobbler: Freshly baked apple cobbler served with Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream.

Piña Colada Sundae: Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with pineapple, guava syrup, whipped cream and roasted coconut.

I’ll take one of each :). Now through August 31, 2007 the Parlor Classics menu will be offered in Hyatt restaurants and through room service at Hyatt hotels and resorts in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
