Mariott MegaMiles Promotion

Marriott Hotels is offering Rewards members the opportunity to score some serious bonus airline miles with the MegaMiles promotion. Those members who have opted to earn miles in lieu of rewards points will earn DOUBLE MILES on partner airlines between October 1 and December 31, 2008.

How does it work? First, you have to register for the promotion. That can be done any time between September 9 and December 31, 2008. You may do so at MarriottRewards.com/MegaMiles. To see how many, many miles you’ve racked up, you can go to MarriottRewards.com/PromoProgress. Beginning with your second stay at a participating Marriott property during the promotion period, you will earn double miles if you’ve elected to earn miles with one of Marriott’s participating airline partners.

Participating partners include Aeromexico, Aeroplan, Air Berlin, Air China, Alaska Airlines, Alitalia, American Airlines, British Airways, Brussels Airlines, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles, China Southern Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Frontier Airlines, Jet Airways, Air France KLM, LAN Airlines, Mexicana Airlines, Miles & More, Northwest Airlines, Singapore Airlines, TAP Portugal, United Airlines, US Airways and Varig.

MegaMiles points can be earned at Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Marriott Vacation Club, Horizons by Marriott Vacation Club and Grand Residences by Marriott.
