National Car Rental and Emerald Club Rewards Information

National Car Rental is one of the larger car rental agencies in the United States.

What have they got? Cars in economy, compact, intermediate, standard size, full size, premium, luxury, convertible, mid-size SUV, standard SUV, full-size SUV and luxury SUV are available to handle any number of passengers. Navigation Station navigation systems are available in many locations, but cannot be reserved.

How do you get them?

• You can make a standard reservation through the website.
• If you plan to pick your rental up at a major US airport, you can use the new Quick Rent program (with some exceptions). Reserve your car online and choose the Quick Rent option. This will allow you to bypass the counter once you reach the airport.
• The new self-service kiosks available in many airports.

Emerald Club Rewards: The Emerald Club allows you to bypass the counter and choose your own midsize vehicle from the Emerald Club aisle. If the aisle isn’t available, there will be a designated counter for Emerald Club members. Because you can choose to receive an e-receipt rather than wait on agent, this program allows you to hit the ground running once you return the car. This also gives you one less receipt to keep up with and makes expense tracking easier. Members have the option of receiving free rental days or airline miles for rentals.
