Omni Hotels Sensory Scavenger Hunt Packages
Omni Hotel is providing guests with a Sensory Scavenger Hunt this summer. What exactly does that mean? The package offers unique lists particular to each Omni city where guests can grab a camera and enjoy the five senses each city has to offer. Sounds good to me.
According to the press release, “We wanted to design something unexpected for our summer travelers, and the Scavenger Hunt package offers the chance for guests to really explore a city through sight, touch, taste, smell and sound,” said Caryn Kboudi, vice
president of corporate communications for Omni Hotels. “Whether it’s capturing a view of Chicago from the John Hancock building or hearing the roar of an engine at the driving school in Orlando, we know our guests will enjoy the exploratory nature of this summer vacation package.”
That sounds like a recipe for having a little fun during your business travels, and possibly a trip you could take your family or partner on to enjoy. The package also includes a disposable camera, coupon for an in-room movie with popcorn and milk and
cookies at turndown. Mmmm, cookies. Prices range on average from $175 to $350 per night depending on the property.
What are the items on the scavenger hunt? Things such as a hotdog in Chicago, listening to sea lions at the Warf in San
Francisco, tasting international flavors at the new World of Coke in Atlanta, feeling the sand beneath your toes in Corpus Christi and seeing the Statue of Liberty in New York. All good things.
The “Sensory Scavenger Hunt” package will be available from May 28 to Sept. 3, 2007. Details, terms and conditions are available at www.omnihotels.com or guests may contact Omni Hotels at (800) THE-OMNI.
