* Review: Au Bon Pain is a chain restaurant that has a spot in EWR airport. It is one of the better places to eat in the airport with fresh ingredients and breads. The ingredients are off good quality as well. If you’re in a huge rush, it might not be the place to go as it is often pretty crowded. I’ve eaten several of the sandwiches and the turkey and jalapeno (the name is actually a lot longer, but that should do the trick) is the best. It is served on fresh bread and includes turkey, jalapeno mayonnaise, guacamole, swiss cheese, tomato and peas. Mmmm. Skip the mayo and I’m sure it’s pretty good for you, too. The coffee is decent as well, with a low fat mocha that will do the trick if you’re watching calories.
